Dr. James Downing
Dr. Downing attended Central Missouri State University from 1973 to 1975, majoring in Education. He enlisted in the US army in 1975 and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in October, 1976. From thereon, he served in Kentucky, Georgia, Kansas, Alabama, North Carolina, Korea, Virginia and Hawaii as a helicopter pilot.
In 1981, Doctor Downing received a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He later graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 1992 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic.
Dr. Downing is licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He has been practicing for the past 26 years and enjoys educating various communities about chiropractic, health and wellness.
Dr. Matthew Downing
Dr. Matthew Downing was a 1993 graduate from Lee's Summit High School. He went on to earn an Associate's Degree from SFCC in Sedalia Mo in 1995. He completed undergrad work at both the University of Missouri and the University of Oklahoma.
Dr. Downing then began a career as a Police Officer in Oklahoma before retiring and attending Cleveland University in Overland Park, Kansas. Dr. Downing graduated from Cleveland University in 2018, graduating with National Honors.
In addition to being a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Downing is a nationally certified collision reconstructionist from his time with the police department. This enables him to better diagnose and treat persons who were injured in vehicle collisions. As well as interpret a collision report to better understand the injuries sustained.
